Personal Wish List for the Self.
Things I'd like to do and things I need to get done:
-I'd love to get back into writing. Specifically, I'd like to try my hand at some fanfiction. Might even post installments on LJ for you people's amusement. Anyone interested? heh
-I need to get grandma's paintings done (see also.. actually started). I got a hair to paint this weekend, but instead did small watercolors for Jessy.
-I really should get on grad school shit. And Ryan and I are gonna push each other. Once I get the ball going, I should be fine. Just... must...get.. off...fat...ass.
-I need to get the garb finished. Going to get Jessy's stuff done, but would love to finally get that doublet done too. Eeep.. down to the wire!
-I would love to actually get into sword fighting, but as MCP and game have taken the front running, SCA stuff seems to take the furthest back seat.
-I would like to get the radio in my car fixed. The power supply hook-up keeps coming loose, so that if I hit a bump or it doesn't engage when I start the car, the radio cuts out and may or may not come back on. Easy fix, I'm sure, but not sure if I should just get a new radio or pay for the fix.
-Need to get the car's oil changed and looked at before heading to Mississippi...or maybe we can just take Patricia's mom's car. Hmmm... Still would need the oil change.
-Actually get my desk at work cleaned off.
-Actually get some plans done for MCP.
-Finally look into a non-faith based 12 Step program.
-Get my hair trimmed and highlighted again.
-Do some concept art for the "Adventures of Silent Jim and the Purple Ninja" comic.
-Get my Dragonlance game actually started.... or not.
-Actually make my character for the new OWOD.
And the list goes on..
Tonight: Going to see a documentary on racial progress I think. Speaker's Corner is helping out, I believe.
Meaningful Phrase: "There and There, Horse and Hoarse, In and Inn! *Gasp* These words sound too much alike. Its just unnatural. I guess I'm a homophonaphobe!"
