Sweet! I've already got a character idea in the works. He's a Nosferatu who was embraced antitribu and "reeducated" by the Camarilla. I figure Potence 4, Animalism 1 and the Huge Maw merit at character creation. Physicals primary, Socials secondary...

Not sure. I believe it'll be which ever ST has fewer Vamps, though I think one of the Assistants/Judges might handle them as well in coordination with the other STs. Best advice: Ask one of the STs.
