Sweetness and Caring
Friday night, Jessy calls me as I'm leaving Fletcher's. I was tipsy a bit, but we talked a good while. During this time, we agreed to celebrate Valentines late when she came down in March. Its one of those things thats easier to celebrate when you are with your person. Agreed.
I sent her a little something regardless, nothing big. Just to remind her that she's special.
About mid way through the morning today, I go to answer the door to the office. There is a guy there with a large vase of flowers. They're beautiful and from Jessy. I left them at work until Friday. Never gotten flowers at work. Heck, I rarely got flowers from anyone other than my parents and Mike. Made me feel very special. My coworkers think I have very nice friends.. heh.
Anyways, I took cookies to Liberty Animal and Zepplin too. Unfortunately, whatever happened at the last vet freaked him out VERY bad. He was worse than ever in the car, soiled the carrier, and just hid the whole time at the vet. He wasn't violent, just scared. But, he mellowed out by the time we were about to leave and slept most of the way home. He had a few worms and got cleaned up. The techs and Dr Williams thought he had a cute nose. I agree!
After work, Ryan and I got cheap Valentines candy and I made pasta. Over all, relaxing week.
