By Midnight, my mind was mush.
Friday: Evil game. Carpool with Meredith and Chandler. Game was slow, but fun. Usual beer, doughnuts, very badly laid plans to destroy evidence, and character turned into an axe. Ah, the fun.
Saturday: So, after a late breakfast with the Cullens', Pam and I hit the mall to get a gift for Jared. We find a HIM sweat shirt. We chill around the stores. We then try to find this Estate sale we see a sign for. No luck. Pop by Lyndsay's work... she not there. So we go home. I hated that I was going to miss the session that night at Eric and Angie's, but I really wanted to go to Jared's birthday too. But, turned out that the game was canceled and Ryan ended up joining Pam and I anyways.
The party was great. Don't get me wrong, I had a ton o' fun. But it was weird. From Mike and Nicole, to Jared's parents, to getting hit by a drunk driver, I was ready for the night to be over when I finally got to bed around 4:30 am. Blerk. We followed this chic, Christi, to Upper deck. Well, we got to a dead end on this hill where you park. There were people behind me, but Christi just rolled on back, tapping the front of my car despite me blowing the horn and trying to back up some. She fucking hit me.
We finally get parked and she just goes on inside. I get really pissed off, ranting, threatening to go on home. Once I blew my steam, I went inside. Christi didn't even notice that she'd hit me she was so drunk. As Pam and I left, I fortunately saw her getting a cab to go home. Drinking, pool, cake, dancing, music, singing.. and over all very fun evening.
Only...
Sunday: Totally forgot about the EB meeting at 10:30 am. Ugh. So Ted wakes me up and I scramble out there only about 15 minutes late. We meet. Ted seems in a rush, but we get a few things done and I head on home. While I'm waiting for the crew to get ready for lunch, I read some e-mail I'd missed over the weekend. Lo, seems there was some weird drama going on between Ted and one of the other EB members. *blink*... but I think its mostly worked out now.
So, lunch at Sabor, grab a few games from Electronics Boutique, then chill until game. Dinner with the crew at this great oriental place right off West Valley then game until way too late. Stupid wolves.
The week:So, court is coming up. We meet. It all good. I head out to see Trisha Monday night. We shop. I'm afraid of Build-a-Bear, but get a copy of Katamari Damacy (oh so good) and Kingdom Hearts. I also got the tickets for Jessy and me for Gulf Wars. Resolving some drama. Lunch with Brandon.
That's about all she wrote. Seriously.
Meaningful Phrase: "It was like my reality had been smeared across the windshield of my life, like some bug that's been turned to a greasy spot and the week ahead is some type of stress filled windshield wipers."
