Life's pretty good.

Boo At the Zoo: We had a great time. I (Big bad Wolf) went all three nights this past weekend with Tanner (The Woodsman). Girly Ryan came the second night and Kelli the Third (as Little Red). The kids were cute, tons of pictures and candy and games. The second night, there was this little girl, maybe 3. She was dressed, as she kept saying "Red Bug" which I think was a cute kid version of Lady Bug. Anyways, she kept coming up to me, but wouldn't touch me but a couple of times. But, when her parents decided it was time to go, she didn't want to leave. She came racing back, escaping her parents a little while later. "I don't wanna touch because its scary, but i dont wanna leave." WAY too cute. We attracted people to come over while Tony "barked" about ImagiCon  and handed out flyers. Good times.

Speaking of ImagiCon, I officially agreed to head up the Live Action gaming section of the Con. Its very different than Omega. For one, they are rather organized, having divisions and people talking to one another. They want not just games, but panels and demos. And apparently I might actually get a budget or something.  I'm a bit worried because I'll be doing alot in March, but if I plan alot now and since I have several people willing to pitch in a little at least, it should be a problem.

Speaking of being busy in March: I got my packet last night! Its official. I'm a UAB Graduate student on my way to a Masters in Counseling!! I rock. I had sake and sushi with the Ryans last night to celebrate. Just got to get some medical forms filled out.

The job search continues: I've been turned down for jobs. With the closing of Carraway, alot of hospitals are having Job Fairs, which I went to. It was a shot, but Hillcrest seemed to really like me. Another Fair today, but a more general career thing. Still trying to get job at UAB though.

Finger continues to heal. I'm getting a bit more into politics. Generally, life's pretty good.

Meaningful Phrase: "I mean, I scored really well on the english section, but even with as hard as I studied, there were words I'd never heard. I mean, what the hell is 'vicissitude'?" -MB
