Well, at least you've got 2 things going for you right now:

1) the doc listened and FOUND something

2) you have a treatment option that will cure you.

surgery is scary though, true. ^_^;;

Man, I had no idea you were having wrist problems. I hope the surgery takes care of it.

Also, I know this may seem a little over-protective, but I strongly advise you to take a black permanent marker and write "WRONG WRIST" on your left wrist before you have the surgery. Operating on the wrong part seems like something that only happens in the news, but I personally know of somebody, a father of a friend, who recently had surgery, and the doctor operated on the wrong finger.
