Where were you, and who were you with, when 2007 began? With Tim, Wendy, RTQ, Jesse and several others in Jackson Square watching the Gumbo Pot drop in New Orleans
Did you attend any weddings or funerals?
Two weddings - Liza and Dentons and Jeff and Katies
Did you move anywhere?
I moved to IMC, to Northfield and finally to River Falls
What sporting events did you go to?
I'm not sure if I went to any
What concerts did you go to?
I saw The Rocket Summer and Melee at the Varsity Theatre and I think another show or two
What would you like to have in 2008 that you lacked in 2007?
My sister to be healthy
What were your biggest achievements of the year?
Kicking butt at student teaching, getting a job even before I graduated and getting nominated to the IMC Associate Board of Directors
Did you send out Christmas cards this year?
Yup - mostly to my camp friends
Did you make any significant changes to your appearance?
I lost a bit more weight, and chopped my hair for locks of love
Were you in school (any time this year)?
Yup the whole time
How did you earn your keep?
My internship with MAYSO, playing in the Mankato Symphony Orchestra, working at Perkins on Madison, working at IMC, and I feel like there are a few other random things on top of that too...
Did you have to go to the hospital?
Not that I can remember - if I did it wasn't for me, it was for family stuff
Did you encounter the police?
Not personally
What did you purchase that was over $500?
The down payment on my car as well as monthly payments :)
How would you rate this year with a scale from 1 (lousy) to 10 (excellent)?
overall a solid 8-9, I just wish my sister would get better

Gotten into a fight? nothing major, but we worked through it
Cried? yes - I cry so easily sometimes
Smoked? No way - smoking makes you ugly
Drank alcohol? yup - a beer or glass of wine here and there

Reunited with an old friend? Yup
Let something go? Yeah - I think Im getting better at that the older I get
Been whipped? nope
Learned any important lessons? Yup
Got a kiss on the cheek? Yup

Cut/dyed your hair drastically? Yup - Chopped it for locks of love after my senior recital in March
