Montana dogs still in legal limbo. *sigh*
The latest from the Billings Gazette:
"A state judge said Tuesday that she will consider a request to release for adoption about 200 dogs seized from a Ballantine dog breeder in December. But the judge questioned whether she has the authority to order the dogs released, comparing such an action to an illegal taking of private property by the government."
