RP: Lissa/Rose
There were times when Lissa really hated the one-sided bond. Rose always knew how Lissa was feeling, but Lissa couldn't do the same with her best friend. Normally, this was more a desire to know how her friend was feeling in general, but now it was important. She knew that the guardians and novices had returned from the rescue mission and she knew Rose returned with them only because someone else had told her. The problem was that they didn't know where Rose was either.
She spent the day looking for Rose, searching anywhere on campus that she could think of. She'd even gone to Rose's room to see if she was there. In fact, that was the first place she'd checked. What possessed her to check the chapel was beyond her--she knew that Rose had only been attending as an excuse to spend time with her, but she wasn't sure where else to check.
Seeing Rose in one of the pews, Lissa walked over and rested a hand gently on her shoulder to get her friend's attention and sat down next to her. "Rose?" she asked. "Are you okay?"
