an update about my life
So I’m probably not going to be taking summer classes or be finding an apartment for the summer or the following fall. I talked to my parents and we all think it’s going to be too much of a hassle with everything, between finding a place, getting a job in Prov, paying for everything and all the other dilemmas involved with it. I want to move to Prov and have an apartment, but when I was really thinking about it, I understand what they mean about me paying for my apartment and taking classes at the same time. It’s going to be a huge struggle with me and I don’t want it to affect my schoolwork. I don’t want to fall on my face while doing this, I can’t afford to.
I think on top of working at the preschool in Tiverton, I’m also going to find another summer job, like at Old Navy, Payless, or something like that with little stress. I’m probably just going to live on campus in the fall of 2006 and be in school an extra year afterwards. I’m not worried right now. God is always with me and I need to take it one day at a time. Maybe I’ll apply to be an RA or something, I don’t know yet.
On some more upbeat news, I SAW THE LION KING LAST WEEKEND! It was freaking awesome!!! Me and my folks had seats 10 rows from the stage, freaking sweet! I seriously was like a little kid, in such awe and amazement….just staring at the stage, it truly was a great show!! =)
I had a decent Turkey day, I went over my uncles and sat around with my family watching sports. Very lazy day. The weekend was great though, I saw Cody, Lier, Randa and Megan…. They’re all doing well and I miss being with them.
I went shopping on Black Friday….I seriously got a natural high while out in these massive crowds of people who were frantically shopping for shit. It was amazing…anyway I got most of the Christmas crap I needed and then some. I LOVE Christmas…the music, the lights, the parties, the food, Santa Claus plastered everywhere, the decorations, and the whole message of Christmas, and the crazy people everywhere you go… everything is awesome! I can’t wait for the day to come! Christmas is going to rock this year.
OMG guess what!?!? Less than 2 weeks till my 21st b-day!!!!!!!!!!! woo hoo!!! I’m going out with my co-workers at the daycare, they are so excited about my birthday….I think it’s just an excuse for a bunch of mothers to go out partying for once in awhile, but that’s just me. They rock anyway. God I can’t wait though, it’s going to be great!
Well not much else to say, I want this semester over NOW! I just want to work and relax and not have to stress over school things. I know, patience.
