Sherlock Holmes?
So apparently there is a new Sherlock Holmes movie coming out in the U.S. on Christmas Day. YouTube wouldn't let me embed the video, so click here for the trailer.
My basic reaction was "Um, wut???" What on earth does this movie have to do with Sherlock Holmes? And wait - WAS THAT MR. KNIGHTLEY?! Yes, yes it was.
However...I'm oddly intrigued. Despite the blatant dissimilarities between this movie and the Holmes created by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle - and despite some seriously bizarre casting (Robert Downey, Jr.? Really??) - I kind of want to see this! :) Anyone else?
