Smallville Hostage
You may have noticed that I didn't write my thoughts about the previous episode "Sacrifice" but that was because I didn't have much to say. It was just a nice episode with a few Clark moments.
So Hostage was really nice for me. There were a lot of Clark in this one and I loved every minute of his scenes.
I would love it even more if Martha came back just to see how her son was doing but I must say I didn't hate the whole Martha=Red Queen plot. Seriously, I thought it would look a lot worse. I found it very sweet that Martha tried a new way to protect Clark even if she was far away.
Lois/Perry scenes were so much fun. These two had great chemistry and they looked a lot alike as reporters. I loved the Clois moments even if they were talking about taking a break and finally ended up with a break up. It was so sweet Clark didn't want to except it and wanted to take things slowly, hoping he will change Lois's mind. Lois finally broke up with Clark but I believe the reason wasn't the one she said. She seems like she misses the Blur a lot. They didn't talk every day but she at least knew he was there and he could contact her at any time. Now that The Blur said goodbye, she's out of balance and I think, she wants to convice herself that she doesn't need him but she just needs to do big things in life, something like a hero!?
And maybe the answer to Clark's "Am I enough?" question is no because in some way she get used to have every side of Clark in her life even if Lois didn't know The Blur & Clark were the same person. When The blur left the picture, there's only Clark -That's enough for me lol- the guy who has a simple life but always hides something.
Am I supposed to believe that Tess is madly, truly in love with Oliver?? Nope, I don't! I liked the Chlark scene this time but it wasn't enough for me.
Clark/Martha were too cute and I was happy to see them together again, especially the ending scene. I'll never get used to how beautiful he is. So the book of Rao will sent away all the Kryptonians?? WOW I'm wondering how Clark will survive in "Salvation"
Is the blue Kryptonite will play some part of it?
