work out

Today was more stressful than most days, so I needed to work out to feel better. I was going to wait until my arm stopped hurting from the tetanus shot I got yesterday, but I really needed it. So I ran 1 mile and walked 4. Then I worked out a little with the weights. I did some dumbbell curls. It was pathetic. I could only lift 15 lbs with each arm. I did 290 on the leg press and 50 on the bench press. I tried to do 75 on the bench press, but I was too weak. I really need to get in better shape. I weigh 199 lbs now. I gained a pound, but I've been eating less. God hates me.
