I'm headin' off for a free steak dinner...
Last night we had a guy who was supposed to come read for a part, and he got called in and no-showed. I got a hold of him, and he apologized profusely, and we rescheduled. He called me back and told me to come to the restaurant he works at (Sonny Williams Steakhouse, for the locals) and have dinner on him. My comment was "you certainly don't have to do that, but I know when to say yes".
Not sure how good of an actor that the guy is, but he sure does know how to apologize in style.
