Reflection.

Wide and tight, running on a lean mixture, I step asunder into a parallel reality, one so very different from my own. I find myself doing this more and more often these days, and I've lost myself in a loop, whereupon I can only reflect on my own reflections. Too little experience, not enough time.

Style.

All things being equal, ceteris paribus, style is the way to set yourself apart from the stampeding cattle congesting your bandwidth. Everyone can play quarter notes, but no one plays them the same way you do. It is up to you to decide if this is a bad thing or a good thing.

Ambition.

The warrior mentality that forces one to suit up and take to the gridiron. Everyone wants a job, no one wants to work. The thing that can set you apart is not thinking that everything is beneath you, and actually doing something.

Ego.

Used sparingly, the ego can be the deciding factor between making you interesting and boring. But interesting can become obnoxious sooner than you would ever imagine, so tread carefully.

Talk.

This is something that so many people in this world are good at. Backing it up is an entirely different story.

Maturity.

A very long and winding road, the destination is a person similar to your parents. You can take your time getting there, but you'd better get to a cruising speed as early as you can if you don't want to piss off all the other drivers.

Love.

Behaving completely irrationally because it feels right.
