I get that Jesus was the greatest man who ever lived. wee count the years from the time he was born. he never wrote a book , or had any wealth, founded no great lasting dynasty

Based on the argument constructed on point 1, it would probably make more sense to list Johannes Gutenberg, Gugliemo Marconi, and Philo Farnsworth as the three most influential human beings in history. I do not see how Jesus has changed the world more than either Jenghis Khan or Karl Marx.
ok, how did Genghis Kahn influence American historty in any way, shape or form, and please set out what impact he had on Europe. a couple of paragraphs should be sufficient. For both.
And although Karl Marx *did* have an impact on the history of the whole world, Marxism is declining in terms of the number of adherents and the clout they collectively wield.
yeah - I read Ken Miller's book and go with him an awful lot.
but if there were no Jesus, St Paul would have lived and died in obscurity.
interesting what you said about genghis Kahn helping to get the renaissance started. i guess we can say he had something to do with 1492 then. But look at the impact that Christ had, through his followers, on the New World.
Martin Luther King owed far more to Jesus Christ than he did to Genghis Kahn.
And although it contained rather more than I thought you were going to say, you did manage to sum it up in two paras. well done. you get no extra points for saying that the European invasion was called of, that was a failure to influence Europe. Some people at the time never even noticed...
