i start school soon. wee. i get to go back to studying. fun. bleh. 16 hour courseload. plus, im looking towards getting a job during the school year. muahaha. yay stress.

i get my new computer soon, supposedly. i've been told this before. this time it sounds more convincing. getting ready for the crash with reality.

i was thinking earlier today about how people(I) judge others by what music they listen to. i started to think this was a wrong thing, but then i actually thought about most people that i don't like and their tastes in music. i realized, musical elitism is a good tool for making friends that you feel comfortable around. the same thing goes for movies. and porn.

i've begun to hate organized religion more and more as i continue to think of situations where people profess their hatred for one another. most of them tend to stem from false religious opinions. this makes me sad. thank god im not a christian. yea...go on...laugh.

recently i've watched several david lynch short films. i have to say...disturbing...interesting...confusing. "the cowboy and the frenchman" was by far one of the best. slim, the almost stone-deaf cowboy(on a count of being a little too close to a .306 that was fired) is confused by a tumbling frenchman that eats snails. all the singing throughout the short film was badly dubbed, making it magical. like club crackers.
