I'M DUMB!
OKAY... so here is a question for all of you computer nerds, which in comparison to myself is everyone, cause I know nothing about all this crap...ANYWAY... I want to set one of my Homecoming pictures, which I have in photobucket, as my user icon, but it keeps telling me its too big...so I took it to a photo edit shop I have on my computer and in order to make it 100 x 100 pixels, and 40K I have to make it microscopic. I mean like you only get part of my eye instead of my whole body. ANYWAY... HOW DO I DO THIS!?!? I know someone out there has the answer, so please enlighten me.
