The left lappy is for music stuffage, where-as the right one is for video and stuff that needs decoding. Both can use the surround sound, and the right one can also support HDMI.

Ah yes, successful fund-raising for Voices. 600 squid raised. Anything unspent at the end of this year has to be returned, but it means we are definitely covered for meals for this year. And can also splash out a bit, which will be cool. That was a good one.
The big National Perceptions meet is on Tuesday. That's a real big one as I need 4 people fired to get a way forward for National Perceptions. Otherwise we're screwed really. I can't say much more than that as I really do not know what is going on at present. But our major funder has us 'on hold' after the old crowd proceeded to let rip ( and then didn't stop for the next 2 months ), so it's bloody obvious the old crowd and their 'ways' are not a good thing. They're the ones I want sacked really. It's girl-gang shite.
Home is fine. The tree-moulds are up at present, so I am a bit snotty. But I shifted the head-cold I picked up a week ago so it's now getting better there.
Not much else to say really. Work is going well, so really I can focus on my social life now and improving that. Once I get some cash in anyway.
Oh yes, SDS. I was passed to a committee and turned down as there were 'cut backs' on the cards. Apparently the committee should not be involved in this, but they were. Apparently they also turned down everyone. So after a year and a month I still have no SDS. If I do get it it will be one hell of a back date...
