It's nesting season so...
That means he's pulled. We get Swifts around here, as well as the usual black-birds and whopping great crows.
Haven't seen the Budgie squadron either. They're probably not ranging very far, what with the nests out there and that. Watch the eggs, get ze grub, etc etc. I'm guessing it'll pick up later in the year once the chicks are starting to try to fly.
