Understanding Love...God's Love
this is a story i wrote just this morning...about God's love
Walking into church one day I saw a man standing in front of a crucifix just staring blankly at it. He looked around him to see if anyone was looking, he sees me but he just turns away as if I was thin air. He looked back up at the cross with Jesus on it, then looked down as if he didn't know what to do. I walk up next to him and I stare at the crucifix as well then bow down to symbolize my love and honor for Christ. The man gave me a look as if saying, "son, what is wrong with you?" I didn't care, then the man gave a chuckle and headed for the door. I bowed down once more and said a prayer for the man lost in the world. As I finished praying, I approached the man just as he was about to head out the door. I grabbed the door handle and pulled it shut. I stared at the man in the face and said, "What Part of Love Don't You Understand?" The mans face looked shocked and puzzled as he left with his hands on his face in tears.
God's Love: it's THAT strong. believe it
