Yamapi rolled over and fell down the bed. He silently cursed as the pain in his chest increased and increased until he simply couldn't bear it.
What the hell is happening? I have to bear it. I can't collapse now. Wait, maybe I should right? If I end this now, it will be better for me and Ryo right? Then he wouldn't be hurt by me anymore. It's gonna end soon.
With a cheerful face, Ryo entered the room finding Yamapi lying on the floor unconscious. He held his palm to Yamapi's forehead and found it burning with fever.
"YAMAPI!! OPEN YOUR EYES! PI!" shouted Ryo as the tears fell from his eyes.
He carried Yamapi and brought him to the car. With tears in his eyes, Ryo drove with amazing speed reaching the hospital within 5 minutes.
"Don't leave me Yamapi. YOU CAN'T FUCKING LEAVE ME!" Ryo cried as he watched Yamapi being rushed into the operating room.
Lord, Please Don't take Yamapi from me. He's the only one for me. I can't bear to see him die. Please, I'll do whatever I do. Please just don't let me lose him. I don't think I can take it. I can't . . Please. .
~~~Flashback~~~
"Ryo-chan! Otanjoubi Omedetou." smiled Yamapi. "Gomen, I only got this present for you. I don't know what you like so. . ." blushed Yamapi.
Ryo smiled as he received the gift. Ryo ached for Yamapi, if only he could tell Yamapi that the only thing he wanted was Yamapi for his birthday. He was the perfect gift.
Opening the box, Ryo saw the most beautiful watch. His eyes were teary as he wore that watch.
"You like it?" asked Yamapi.
Ryo merely shook his head. "I love it. Thank you!"
Ryo hugged Yamapi tightly never wanting to let go.
"Ryoo?" Ryo shrugged and smiled.
"Please.. just for 5 minutes." Yamapi nodded his head and hugged Ryo tighter.

"If only I didn't let you go. If only I had been smart enough to keep my arms wrapped around you. I'm sorry Yamapi. I'm so sorry. I'm sorry I didn't tell you my feelings before. Please give me a chance to tell you. Don't give up yet." cried Ryo.
The doctor came out shortly, "Nishikido-san? My name is Shiraishi Hitoshi. I'm Yamashita-san's doctor."
Ryo stood up and took a bow. With still puffy eyes, obviously due to crying Ryo asked the doctor how Yamapi was.
"Moushiwake arimasen but Yamashita-san has instructed me not to tell anyone about his condition. If you want to know please ask him directly. I can only tell you that his condition is getting worse everyday. The only thing that can save him now is a transplant. If you'll excuse me."
The doctor took a bow and left. Ryo then fell to his knees and sobbed.
"Pi. ." cried Ryo. He ran towards the room where Pi was being kept. He ignored the nurses and doctors who told him that it was off limits. He needed to see Yamapi. Surely, there must have been some mistake.
"Yamapi!" Ryo cried as he saw the tubes that were inserted into Yamapi's body. "What's wrong with you Yamapi?"
Ryo held Yamapi's hand tightly and cried. "Don't leave me. I haven't even told you how much I love you yet."
The whole night, Ryo was unable to sleep. He couldn't help but wonder what is wrong with Yamapi.
Ryo would come back everyday to check up on Yamapi. He would just leave for short breaks to the bathroom never once did he leave Pi's side.
It was after a week that Yamapi finally woke up. He looked around the room only to find Ryo sleeping by his side. He tried to move around but his body wouldn't move according to his will.
"I see you're awake Yamashita-kun."
"Shiraishi-sensei! What happened to me?" asks Yamapi.
"I told you to take it easy! You shouldn't abuse your body like that!" said Shiraishi.
"Demo. . I don't it anymore sensei. ." Tears were threatening to fall from Yamapi's eyes but he held it in not wanting to cry.
"BAKA! Did you know that this guy came everyday you were lying down there?! Do you know that I see him talking to you everyday wanting for you to make it and not give up!" said the doctor.
"Ryo did? . .He . ." The tears now fell one after another.
Ryo woke up and saw Yamapi crying, immediately he gathered Yamapi in his arms and let the tears flow.
"Yokatta. . I thought you wouldn't wake up anymore." cried Ryo.
"Baka! Why would I die so early?" laughed Yamapi.
Ryo hugged Yamapi tighter and whispered, "Yamapi, I don't have even a minute to waste anymore. I don't know when I can say this well but Yamapi. I like you a lot."
Yamapi cried harder and smiled, "Baka! You stole my line. I like you too Ryo, a lot."
Ryo laughed and let Yamapi go. "Ne Sensei, when you said that Yamapi's only way is through a transplant. What did you mean by that?"
The doctor excused himself and refrained himself from answering Ryo's question. It was Ryo who was curious and it was not in his place to tell him that.
"Yamapi?" asked Ryo.
Yamapi held Ryo's hand in his, "I. . I have Tricuspid regurgitation. It's a disease wherein one of the valves in my heart is abnormally enlarged."
Ryo fell to his knees and sobbed, "WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME?! WAS I NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR YOU TO TRUST?!"
"Ryo. . Ryo it's not like that." Yamapi struggled against the restraints in the bed but he wasn't strong enough.
"Then what is it?! Is it Tegoshi?! Should he be the one huh?! Did he know?!" asked Ryo. His voice was probably more sad than that of angry but then with Yamapi crying and trying to reach out like that he didn't know what to feel.
Should he be irritated that Yamapi didn't trust him enough? or should he just let it go and be happy with Yamapi?
"Gomenasai . . Ryo please don't get mad at me. . please. ." cried Yamapi.
That words all alone broke Ryo's last bit of resistance and hugged Yamapi. "As long as I'm your only love then I can bear with it. Please don't hide things from me again. We can solve everything together. Yamapi, don't suffer alone."
"Ryo, thank you. I really am sorry. I promise I won't hide secrets from you anymore. I'm really sorry." cried Yamapi.
"Then, please be mine?" asks Ryo. He hold Yamapi's and in one hand of his and the together stroking the side of Yamapi's face.
Yamapi didn't speak and just nodded. He was afraid that his voice would betray him if he spoke. He wanted to stay there forever with Ryo by his side.
Can we really be like this forever? Lord, please don't take me yet.

HAHAHAHA^^ ,, I can't wait :) I'm almost done^^ Can I really finish a fic this time?? haha^^ ,,
before this fic ends,, i'd just really wanna thank meshiblack21 since without her I really wouldn't make this fic :) Because she was the one who told me about the plot and I thought "Hey! Why don't I make it a fic?" It truly was fun. :) I already have the draft for Chapter 9 and 10 so I hope I can update faster these days :)
