Just a random thought..

Is art really a talent or is it a condition of thinking?

There are many people in the world that claim they can't draw even if their life depended on it, but is it only because they think they can't draw that makes them draw like that? Or is it because they can never please their own selves of it?

To draw good one must release everything in their mind and only accept is what is infront of them nothing else. One cannot make a shape conform to the shape they think should be drawn. One has to let go of all assumptions to be able to draw almost like the model that is infront of them. Then again, if one is drawing only using his/hers imagination, one must use up all of the cluttered images and assumptions in his/hers head to be able to draw a good drawing.

But what is a good drawing?
The answer is there is no good drawing or bad drawing. It is based on our opinions. Its like with obessessed anime fans vs. the obssessed disney fans. They each call each other rubbish, but does this make it true?
