Icon tutorial #2
Go from this to 
1. This tutorial is made for PS7.
2. Credit is not necessary, as you shouldn't be following it exactly (you might as well just take the icon if you're going to do that). But if you want to credit me, by all means, feel free.

STEP ONE
TO
: Crop & sharpen (Filter >> Sharpen >> Sharpen) once. I can't remember if I sharpened or not, and since I can't tell if I did or not in comparing it to the original, it probably doesn't matter :)
STEP TWO
TO
: Duplicate your base layer. Set the now top layer to Screen. Desaturate the bottom layer.
STEP THREE
TO
: Paste this light texture (by gender, if I remember correctly; I took the original, moved it down into the corner so it didn't cover anyon's face, duplicated it, and moved the copy to the top to add some interest up there):
as a new layer on top and set it to Lighten.
STEP FOUR
TO
: Create a new layer & fill it with the color #FADC79. Set the layer to Multiply. You're done!
