so here I am at the local coffee shoppe...
I love to write "shop" that way... "shoppe". Doesn't that just look so much more sophisticated?? hehe... perhaps not. but oh well. I'm drinking a GREAT iced mocha... I love this place. Essence of Thyme. word. this place was always like a staple of existance in high school and middle school even, and it still is for a lot of kids... it's nuts. but I can come here and see people that I went to school with, and it's like... just... nostalgic. :D
I had to make sure some friends of mine got to court this morning cuz I bonded them out of jail :/ and I wanted to make sure I wasn't fucked by the whole deal... so now I'm just bumming around Brevard seeing what there is to do with a whole $5. hehehe... I went to the Humane Society thrift store and got a few books... .some Stephen King and a Clive Barker novel called the Damnation Game... it is really good so far... I'm about a 1/4 of the way into it now... whoo hoo! I had lunch at Celito's (thank god for credit cards) and then I came up here and got this lovely drink and read some more... Saw a guy I used to have a huge crush on... :D hehe. and Robert... I saw the sweetest gay boy I've ever met up here again... hehe, I love him to death.
I'm updating now cuz I no longer have a computer at my house.. In fact... I have nothing at my house.... no computer, no cable, no anything *cry* oh well... time to start reading again I suppose... I guess now is as good a time as any to do some "soul searching"... even though I don't feel like I have much to search for right now... I'm pretty happy with things, except not having anything to do when I'm home... and now that John, Jenn, and Mom all got a place I have no one to talk to a lot of the time... but it's inspired me to start walking more... I walked up to their house last week and it was GREAT... it was so beautiful with the fireflies and the stars... I'll have to do it more often :D
I don't have much new news.... the air conditioning was out at work for a good minute... probably about 2 weeks... and it got up to like 95 degrees just working in the kitchen... not to mention in front of the ovens... blah. it was like working in a sweatshop mass producing pizzas. it sucked. but it's FIXED now... at least temporarily... so that's good... yesterday was the first time in a few weeks that I actually didn't HATE work. hehe
Ok... not much else at all... I... Um.... yeah. nothing to report. I played putt-putt the other night and absolutely SUCKED at it... I'm all for hitting balls with sticks but by God they better be on a table with pockets instead of on the ground with holes. :/
