it would probably be pretty hard to find a job as sweet as the one you have right now if you moved to vancouver, at least right away. but i bet it wouldn't take you long to settle in and find something awesome. i don't really see a problem with staying in victoria for another year. a year isn't very long really.

it feels long. the year ahead always seems to stretch on forever and ever, and the year behind that seems not so long.

that would be so weird. It is incredibly tempting location-wise, to be near you guys... but imagine? that carpet, that linoleum. Where would I sleep, grandma's room in her hospital bed?
