Head Hunter
So they want me to interview for a job with Kaiser... Ok the money certainly won't hurt. Sadly it's an executive admin position that's $2.50 less what I use to make..but I can deal with that.
Here's the problem, the head hunter called at 6:45am...um that's not right. He called back at 7:45 on my cell and I answered half asleep, but I talked to him. Could barely understand him but agreed to fax the waiver form as soon as I could. Now the reasonable part of me says that faxing would probably happen before noon...give me a chance to get up.
Um he called back 45 minutes later and whined that he was waiting for the fax and how long will it take me to send it. I explained to him that I would have to leave the house to fax and that would be at least an hour...So now im annoyed but I get up and get ready to leave. Unfortunately when I go to print the document it wouldn't print. So after 15 minutes I call him to see if he'll resend it. While i'm on the phone I get it to print out...then he starts in again "How long is it going to take i'm waiting blah blah blah...." I'm not on his payroll and now i'm pissed but I leave and fax the document.
I ran an errand in an attempt to cool down get home only to have him call me again. " I didn't get your fax and i'm still waiting." I told him I faxed it two hours ago so if he didn't get it maybe he didn't check his machine. He then proceeds to act like i'm a moron and questions the fax number I sent it back to. I told him it was the one in his e-mail...after stating this three times, he finally says.."Oh...um, let me go check the machine and call you back." He hasn't called back and at this point while the job could be good he's earned an ear full from me.
