I took it for granted in CA
So, awhile back, the one big nearby recycling center (a blue bin behind Mervyn's a block away) disappeared because, I'm assuming, it would pile too high and never be cleared out in time for more people to bring their next load of recyclables in.
Our apartment complex doesn't offer curbside recycling services and there isn't a recycling bin anywhere in the complex either.
And the site I'd go to to locate another recycling center is temporarily closed.
Meanwhile, we have 3 or four big bags of recyclables plus some extras on the side, and it's taking up all our space.
Darn.
