english as a second or third language...
you know, i dont have a problem with immigrants, or people who dont speak english... but good fuck.. companies should be smart enough not to hire these people to answer fucking phones for their primarily english speaking clientele.. because it makes this very complicated.. not only do i have a hard time understanding them, they seem to have trouble understanding me.. so, shouldn't they have, you know, some sort of other job? because if you dont speak english well, you obviously aren't qualified to answer phones speaking with those who do speak english.. see, i just want to pay my fucking dell bill...
i wonder if these guys even are in america... are there telecommunications sweat shops over seas? does the $.36 an hour wage compensate for the $.50 a minute nationwide long distance charges? or is dell using some voice over IP network?
you know.. dell.. dell can fucking.. i dont know.. something bad that companies do.. i like to imagine the dell higher ups jumping out of tall office windows, the stress of knowing how much fucking time and cell minutes of mine they wasted too much to bare. I'll be there at the funeral though... if only to spit on their fucking graves.
