AG Mid-Summer
AG Mid-Summer was great. Me and my girls plus an extra went up a day early, I was so glad I did. The camp ground was beautiful, but there were so many rocks, that people couldn’t camp together so we were scattered all over the camp ground and it was no small campground, so I didn’t leave my camp much for getting stuck on the rocks.
Friday evening was the public ritual, it was awesome full of energy and lots of new people including the sheriff..lol Sat. we all went to a wedding in the campground, it was so beautiful. Then later we had workshops and that is when I braved going down the road to Taleas camp for the first workshops. Talea did poppets, she had everything all cut out and ready to go so all we had to do was sew and stuff them and Both TaMara & Talea did bath salts. It was fun and smelt good too. I even learned a couple things I didn’t know.
Then it was time for wire wrapping workshop, I did it the first try but I really need a lot of practice at it, lol. All three workshops were great.
My girls (all 3 of them) were all over the camp ground which was prolly a good square mile or two, and even re-routed the river..lol
After the Public the ritual on Fri and the wedding and all the workshops on Sat. we all just kind of relaxed and did our own thing. I think most were tired from ritual and fighting the rocks, I know I was. Sunday Morning I was up before 6am and made coffee and started to tear down my campo stuff before anyone else got up. Thanks to everyone who helped me with the things I couldn’t do and to Big Dog for lifting my fat ass into the van when it was time to go home.
Got home, unloaded and the rest of the week cleaned and put everything away and got ready for Ravens Fyre MS. Which turned out awsome a perfect Ritual and mouth watering feast.
