(no subject)
one of the best weeks of the school year, midterm week, is.. now. i only have one mid-term a day, excluding tuesday. sleeping in is a beautiful thing. being in school for only two hours a day.. that's a beautiful thing too. even though we have to take tests, whatever. life can't be all peaches and cherry blossoms!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i haven't updated my LiveJournal frequently enough to write about my new job. last summer i was all excited about getting a job at the boston sports club, but they never got back to me. i tried again, went to the crazy interview, and got myself hired. it's the best job ever. i coordinate birthday parties for little kids (set up tables, blow up balloons, go swimming for an hour, sing 'happy birthday' and hand out some cake, and eat some cake.. clean up, do it all over again). i was supposed to go through training next weekend so i could teach swim lessons too, but that god cancelled so i'll sign up for the next session. anyways, i'm so happy.
i also decided it would be cool to get back into the violin because i miss it so much. i bid for a couple awesomelooking ones on ebay but if that doesn't work out i'll just hit up some music store with used instruments or something. i'll probably take a few lessons as a refresher. i'm afraid i won't remember anything!!
so tomorrow i have my java midterm. that's it.
