Media Storage - Input needed

So I have quite a few discs of media. I was thinking of what proper storage method I should be using to keep them organized.

As it stands I have 5 208 Page CD/DVD binders that I put my discs in, seperated into 3 catagories. I'm approaching the point where I'll need to buy another one (for approx $20).

Now I see Factorydirect (and CWO used to) have some cases for media storage. They're different than CD/DVD binders (see 500 Disc Storage and 600 Disc Storage). Here are the pros and cons:

Pro
- Takes up less space
- Managable to carry (has handles)
- Discs are still individually wrapped for when I need to take 1 or 2 discs out
- *SHOULD* be easy to sort into catagories.

Con
- Requires more money (the cost of 3 new binders when taxes comes into play - spending money unncessarily is bad)
- I will have more CD Binders that will no longer be in use (I dont like it when things goes to waste)
- I dont know how well these cases hold discs, if the surface can get scratched easily, etc.

Any idea as to what I should do? Does anyone have experience with these cases? Does anyone prefer binders over a box/case with discs inside? I plan to visit FactoryDirect in the next couple of days so it would be nice to know by then.
