(no subject)
Wow, this is the 4th day in a row I've been up since 9am. Usually I'm awake at 9, but it's because I've been awake all night. But the last 4 days I've actually gone to sleep and woken up before 9am. Go me.
So, Homebake was awesome. Got to spend 3 days with Alleey which was great because God I miss her so much when I'm at uni. She's the only one around here who can really handle my various personality changes and moods. I guess she doesn't even notice them anymore.
Caught up with Treffyn in Sydney as well. Haven't seen him in a year. That was great as well. He reminds me so much of Matt, who I also miss. So really it was a weekend of seeing my old friends again and catching up.
Bought a new corset, got caught in the rain on Friday, cut my hand twice on a fucking cheap umbrella. So I ended up walking into Gallery Serpentine drenched, one shoe full of water because I misjudged the depth of a puddle and bleeding from my hand. Fun times. I tried not to touch anything expensive.
Got sunburnt at Homebake in the whole 30 minutes of sun the day really had to offer. By the end of the day we were sitting on a poncho on the ground, half brain dead just listening to Paul Kelly because we couldn't be bothered to stand up to watch anything else.
On the whole, an awesome weekend. Ended the weekend watching Alleey teaching little kids gymnastics at her work. Was incredbily cute..but 2 hours of it got a bit much.
Anyways, that's the end of my boring entry. I'm too sleepy to pretend I can be interesting.
