woo hoo we're movin' out!
we signed the lease yesterday. all went well and everything was kosher. the woman is smart and honest. a good combination.
i've decided to let chevy hve the attic. i haven't told her that yet. (isn't it funny that the 2 that didn't check out the house the first time got the rooms they wanted?) my reasoning is that i looked at the staircase again. it seemed smaller this time than it did the last.
i know i have 2 younger and one older brother, but i don't wanna have to break my wallet giving them cash to help me. i hope they don't mind that i've offered thier services to the rest of the house. at least i added in that it would cost them. (hey, the money isn't going to me...)
i bought a couple movies yesterday. i got hackers, darck city, and dragonfly. i wanted to get donnie darko but they had just sold it. yeah, i got them at preplayed. 5 bucks a pop plus dani's discount.
damn, i forgot them in maura's car. oh well.
yeah, so we wer to jersey yesterday to get danielle's things from her girlfriend's place. i can really understand why she's like out of cash now: they live in north jabip yeah, it's right near asscrack, nj.
i'm excited. i wish i could start cleaning this weekend, but the contractor is doing the floors this weekend so we can't go in till thursday at the earliest. i can't wait. now i just have to get the supplies to do up my room the way i'd like. i sould measure the room first... then get the fabric i want... then get a staple gun... then get icicle lights (i hope i can find them)... then put it all together.
mom is gonna buy me towels and sheets as a house warming gift. i'm going to ask jay and kris to get me a nice blanket. everyone else can just surprise me... or bring alcohol for the lot of us.
