i went through almost the entire summer without writing. shit.
backtrack. chorus line rocked. i wanted to do that show and i did it. finally.
did the producers at merry go round. got my card. the show was so much fun. getting to work with lori again was incredible. i love her and respect her so much. last night at closing she said something to me that truly was a compliment. she started off saying that she was obsessed with. she's always had this high regard for jason tam who i think is INCREDIBLE. and she says, that i'm up there with him in terms of just the progress i've made and how she takes credit for turning me into that dancer. all i want to do is just dance. and i'm so glad i've had the opportunity to dance as much as i have t his year.
i love going back to auburn because it's the stable place i can go to every summer. i already miss the water. the sky. the dorm. my rooommates were wonderful. and it was so nice to work with people like geno and bethany again who again said amazing things to me last night. it was just the first time in a very long time that i've truly been happy. doing a show. and being outdoors where i feel comfortable. and i know it's not reality. but for the time being, it was.
i was on a train for 7 hours today. it was long. but i was there with nikka and tony which made it go quicker. lawren met us at penn station and she and i went to blockheads for a margarita. now i need sleep. and to organize my life tomorrow.
