room for rent
I am really shattered to say this but for reasons out of anyone's control we have a vacant room at our lovely abode.
That's right - we are looking for a new flatmate (again) to join two guys and a girl in Carlton. Fully furnished (save for the room) double story house with balcony, rear court-yard, large communal living area, sauna & spa-bath. We have an awesome massive tropical fish tank, 8Mbps ADSL with wireless, a computer entertainment system, two fridges and a washing machine.
Plenty of public transport in all directions and to all hours of the night...if you don't feel like catching the tram then Brunswick street is 4 mins away, Lygon 7 mins, and Parliament station about 15 mins walk.
You will be female, queer, preferably into some form of BSDM (check my interests under userinfo), clean, working OR studying working Centrelink.
It is $150.00 per week one month's bond bills/kitty etc.
