Hoppity New Year
Today i sorta let work slip through the cracks to be with people who are near and dear to me, and play games that I'm only of middling skill at on some days. Had bad luck, but it was good being with friends when the ball dropped. There are people I miss though, that I'd rather have been spending time with, but I'll be making it a point to see them more this year.
Tomorrow.. I get some work done, it's the tradeoff for the being at play today, and in fact I'll be breaking out the laptop and getting things started shortly after I finish this post. But hey.. that's the wokaholic waking up.
Of course I have to have breakfast with family types at 9am so I need not to work toooo long.
