Did my stress test to set up week 3 of the 100 pushups challenge today. Did 20 pushups. On one hand, I'm excited to see I've doubled my original stress test. On the other hand, I'm 1/3 way through the 6 week plan and only 1/5 of the way to doing 100 pushups. I will definitely have to be repeating a week or two. Onward to week 3 on Monday!
Note that when I say I'm doing "pushups", I'm actually standing about 3-4 feet from the kitchen counter and using the edge of the counter to push off from. Lest you get the wrong impression and think I'm going to start winning arm wrestling matches or something.
