So now it's time to decide which dog to buy. I found two kinds at the animal shelter that seem pretty decent. One is a bulldog with a brown patch of fur around one eye and a black patch around the other--rather distinctive. He's very people-friendly. The other is a Yorkshire terrier who's slightly cuter than the bulldog, but I understand they're more energetic and take more effert to care for. Although he reminds me of several friends from Yorkshire back in the 70's. I'm torn equally between the two.
