This is a physical escrow service. Come to the building with an appointment, where the company acts as a third party to ensure both the buyer and seller are satisfied with the transaction for a small fee.
Probably would work in places like NY, LA or Chicago. Definitely beats giving someone your address to come collect something, or offering to meet in a random parking lot.
