Im starting to get into the Christmas spirit. I was sat in Starbucks this morning and they were playing their latest Christmas CD - which, btw, plays the same old songs every year. How can they possibly make money from this? Anyway, the songs were playing and all I was doing was sipping a hot chai tea latte from a cup that was decorated in snowflakes and snowmen. That's all it took!! Not so exciting.
So now I'm planning on what to get my gorgeous niece Molly for xmas. I already have loads of clothes for her and I even got her a pink baby girl kimono!!! It's so adorable and she's going to look lovely. I'm going shopping at 'kiddy land' later this week. This is the kind of place I dread. I pass it all the time on Omote-sando. Rich bitches with even richer, spoilt, demanding brats screaming 'want, want, want'' at their poor nannies/entourage. It's always an amusing yet nightmare-ish scene. Anyway its the kind of place that has everything you could ever buy for a child so I'm hoping to find some weird and wonderful japanese character to take home and give her. Something like 'Morizo' which is this weird green thing that I have no idea does what or án-pan man'who is a superhero which pulls pieces of his face off to give to kids, only for it to grow back over night. Bizarre!
I'm finally getting my camera fixed. I broke it about three months ago and have just gotten round to taking it to the camera shop which is a ten minute walk from my house btw. It's costing me $120 which I'm not happy about as I have no idea how it broke but it's going to be so nice to have my little camera back. And I have to update my site too!!! Lots of pics to come.
So today I've just come over to Jin's as he's sick. I made him soup and now he's sleeping. I'm going to chill here for the rest of the afternoon then head home around six. I really need to get a new book. I haven't read anything decent in ages! I may stop by the book shop.....
