Stay Up
Last week was the worst. It ended with me finding out that we will have to move out soon because our landlord wants to move his daughter and her family into the house.But soon as in 3 to 6 months.
I'm sorry to whoever reads my LJ. I keep having these "down & out" entries.
There are some good things that happened last week though. I went out to eat with Noel from work. That girl is so adorable. It feels so good to just hang out with a female and just talk I guess. She's 22! I had no idea until she ordered a drink.
I also had another Late Night Rendezvous with Frost & Juke. It was the best part of the week. I got my ass kicked in FIFA Street all night long, but I like a challenge.
Today I went to my mom's job because she was hungry and I decided to stop by and bring her some breakfast.... she was REALLY happy.
Then, I went to The Barbershop to get a haircut. Touch (the name of my barber) gave me the freshest hair cut I have ever had in my life. I'm talkin' 4-star, rapper, Steve Harvey cut. He told me that Red (my old Barber) was away for rehab. He hasn't been at work lately so they suspect he's back on drugs.
It seems like that stuff is consuming my life. Everywhere I turn a loved one or friend is crackin' out... it's a hellavu drug. Sad thing is he has four kids. I know all to well what that position feels like.
Well the 1 thing I'm lookin' forward to is going to Atlanta for WWE Raw next monday w/ Jesse. It's gonna' be great. Especially for front row seats.
Next week I think Imma finally grab Kanye West's latest CD. There's one song that puts me at peace, and another (called Touch The Sky) that I would love to consider my theme song... it's already my ringtone.
There's one urban (a.k.a. black culture) saying that I absolutely love. "Stay up". It says more than, have a good day. I'm startin' to say it constantly.
I'll be working tonight kids. Yall stay up... and The Climax will do the same for you.
