Bond, James Bond...
I have only actually seen about two James Bond films ever but now they're reduced to just £4.99 at Borders I've decided on a whim that I must buy them all. Chronologically!!!
So, I have bought Dr. No and From Russia With Love and I guess I will see how I get on.
In addition I have been reading around the subject a little, with my usual intense but brief enthusiasm for whatever I get myself into. I found the following quote on Wikipedia:
"A 1994 committee of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences voted Bond's line 'Just a slight stiffness coming on' as the Rudest Ever Moment in Any Film."
Which suggests t me that said committee should perhaps have watched a few more films.
