Oh yeah - I haven’t updated. There just hasn’t been much to write about, but now that I have a few things to share… ;-)
* Went to Morphicon in May and had a really good time. However - just like MFF - again, something felt “missing” - and I can’t say what it was.
* Other convention highlights…
- I juggled taking pictures and video recordings with FOUR different cameras during the fursuit parade, no joke.
- Made my annual visits to Michael’s Goody Boy and Hound Dog’s Pizza - yummy yum yum.
- Should take Ryngs' advice more to heart - I came to the realization its more or less a waste of my time to do artwork at conventions, period.
* Aiden Raccoon came right down from MC and stayed at my place a few days; but he hardly saw me, as I went back to work the next day… I think he enjoyed himself.
* Later in June, Mycroft Bunny came down and I barely helped him look at apartments back up in Columbus.
* Created two new con badges that will make their FA debut soon enough.
* Still… yes, still awaiting on approval of a doctor through my current health care provider, now Drawbridge management announced it is now
seeking another health insurer. Hopefully this won’t affect anything and me stomach will finally get checked.
* Speaking of checks - my Taurus goes into the shop on Friday for an oil change and squeaky brakes.
* And my air conditioner finally got fixed today, I’ve been “living by fan’. Though its been humid in my apartment - luckily (and surprisingly) it
hasn’t been a hot summer here... so far.
* I’ve also been catching up on my movie viewing…
“Batman Begins” ****, “Casino Royale” ****, “Iron Man” ****, “Wall-E” ****, “Rent” ***, “The Incredible Hulk” **1/2, “The Boondock Saints” *1/2 and the preview to “Beverly Hills Chihuahua” negative 1,000,000.
Would you believe I still have yet to see “Kung Fu Panda”?!?!... me of all people!!!
This concludes my transmission for tonight. If there are any questions concerning the following entries - please contact me at chrisbcritter71@yahoo.com. Thank you for staying with me, and I hope to have you with me again, next time. Good night.
