An Overdue Journal Update and A Brief Response to the 2008 Election
I'm made some small changes here including finally (after three years) giving my livejournal a real title - Shortstop in the Sourdough. Catchy, innit?
I'm debating switching to a new layout, perhaps starry night, but I really like the clean lines of my current layout, everblue with greys. I just wish I had a tag sidebar, I think they are cool.
I'm happy that for the first time in 12 years, the person I voted for won.

But I'm also a little frustrated and sadden by the fact that it looks like Prop 8 will just barely pass. But I'm also confident that it will be reversed in the future.
I'm also a little excited - I watched the Guitar Hero World Tour special on X-Play, and I have to admit I drooled a little bit about the customization features. I think I've spent my first few future paychecks on video games alone.
