Birmingham was a good consolation prize this weekend. Thanks, Hurricane Dennis, for bypassing Mobile. I could be pissed, but that'd be selfish, so instead I'm just happy that everyone (that I know/know of) is safe; it's one of those things where I'd rather the Weather Channel be wrong and it not be as bad as it was supposed to be than be worse and kill some folk.
In A Muppet Christmas Carol, Scrooge gets flipped off by Beaker, who gives a pretty spirited finger (it actually happens, beginning of the movie; first time you see Beaker right before he and Bunson walk out the door). That's a movie that's better when you're listening to music and just watching what's going on, it becomes more of an artistic statement. hahaha I don't say shit like that!
