original recipe, but here's my version:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 3/4 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice mix)
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
8 tablespoons (1 stick) salted butter
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 large egg
1/2 cup molasses
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
1/2 cup finely chopped candied ginger
