Cassock wearers, do you have any comments on Nikita Borisov (http://nikitatailor.com/) as a tailor? I am told that there have been severe delivery problems (in a timely manner) from nikitataylor.com here at seminary. Simeon highly recommends that you order a podraznik - NOT a riassa (riassa's are garments for deacon level and above in the OCA - Simeon) - from the Convent of St. Elizabeth (http://users.sisqtel.net/cse/apparel/clerical.html), as his worked nicely until he outgrew it (aka, I got fat - Simeon). As an added bonus (especially for Carolinans and Southerners in general), they make light-weight cassocks that will not turn you into a puddle of sweat unless you are standing in front of the AC the whole time you're vested.

P.S. Make sure that you order podraznik in the the "Light-weight cotton/polyester blend poplin." It is easy to layer up for warmth, but very hard to stay cool. I also recommend that you have whoever takes your measurements add an inch or two on the length. You can have it hemmed up much easier than you can have it lengthened. :) - Simeon
