So. I'm at
sashacohen's house now. Yes, I'm a couple days early but I wanted to be there on her exact birthday just...because.
I drove the two hours to her house and right before I get there (it was about 11:55 PM) I call her up on my cell phone and ask her if she's excited about her birthday. She said she was just staying up until midnight, the time when she would officially be an adult. I pulled up to her house and asked if she could see out the window. She said no and laughed when I told her to look through one. When she saw me she ran outside. She was pretty surprised and I gave her some flowers that I had bought.
Then I kissed her. I had wanted to for so long, ever since I saw her in person that first time I visited her. It was wonderful. No girl has ever made me feel that way when I kissed them. Kissing is always made out to be this magical thing in movies and I always thought it was a crock because I never felt anything special when kissing someone. But with Sasha, it was like a movie. My stomach got a bunch of butterflies in it and my heart was beating extremely fast. It was freezing outside and I didn't even notice.
When we got inside we chatted for awhile and then nervously I asked her, this wonderful girl I felt so blessed to have met, if she wanted to try a relationship. She said it would be hard, but worth it. I couldn't stop smiling after that. I remember the first time I ever talked to Sasha about a month ago. She was so open and funny and sweet and... have I started rambling yet? ;) I liked her from the very first moment but I didn't want to rush into anything because I always felt so unworthy of her attention. But now, now we're together. And I'm going to do anything in my power to make sure I make Sasha happy because she deserves nothing but the best.
