On Thursday at work, my boss pretty much offered me a position as a QA (quality assurance). I was tempted to accept the position, but it would require a good 20 hours a week. I wasn't sure I could commit to that many hours per week permanently, so I didn't take the offer. It is something that I'd be open to down the road, though. A lot of the details pertaining to the position aren't even worked out yet, so I think I'll just wait and see what they decide to do with the employees that do become QAs. It's definitely something that would look good on a resume, though. They will be overseeing the regular employees' work, in addition to training new employees.

Earlier today, I filed my taxes using the IRS' TeleFile system. That was pretty neat, took exactly 11 minutes, and it goes directly to the IRS, so that should be quicker and better than the website I used the past few years. Looking forward to getting my refund!
